In this study is demonstrated that IPT-AFM is a versatile medium that allows the growth of Vero, BHK-21 and MRC-5 cells. This in-house developed medium is also suitable for the production of rabies virus and measles virus.

IPT-AFM is a proprietary animal component free medium that was developed for rabies virus (strain LP 2061) production in Vero cells.
