Liu, Y., Zhang, W., Deng, X., Poon, H. F., Liu, X., Tan, W. S., ... & Fan, L. (2015). Chinese hamster ovary cell performance enhanced by a rational divide-and-conquer strategy for chemically defined medium development. Journal of bioscience and bioengineering, 120(6), 690-696. In this study, chemically defined media was optimized efficiently and effectively for the biopharmaceutical industry, a two-step rational strategy was applied to optimize four antibody producing Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell lines. The strategy presented in this study provides a more logical step-by-step process than other strategies. This study also provides a shorter development time for CD basal medium of CHO cell culture. See table 1 & 2. for a list of the components of the in-house basal medium. https://ac.els-cdn.com/S1389172315001838/1-s2.0-S1389172315001838-main.pdf?_tid=b6b78768-5522-47d8-b0d4-cffd25122dd0&acdnat=1530020268_cb7eb398f74fac5a8064929181d5f507 |
